Projects Timeline

A narrative index of apps, tools, and experiments I’ve built over time — from shipped products to learning projects.

2025

DevTron

An experimental developer tool for issue analysis and insights.

Status: Public PreviewActively evolving • AI-assisted implementation where noted

2024

Athenion

An ongoing experiment in task and time tracking, designed to surface weekly insights rather than just record activity.

Status: In development

2020

DumbCy

A charades-style mobile game inspired by in-person family play. Conceived during the COVID period, when movie charades became a regular family activity, DumbCy was built both as a game we could play together and as a way to experience the complete lifecycle of a mobile app, including publishing, ads, and in-app purchases.

2017

HTML Editor

Built a lightweight HTML & CSS editor as a learning and experimentation tool, designed to help beginners play with markup and styling through instant visual feedback.

Status: CompletedArchived (personal learning tool)

2015

Tag Cleaner

Built a production-ready MP3 tagging and media authoring tool to extend beyond existing tag editors. The core capability was encoding time-bounded (synchronised) lyrics directly into MP3 files, enabling compatible players and systems to display lyrics in sync with playback. The tool also supported advanced metadata management and album-art editing. Developed for personal use and never publicly released.

Status: Production-readyPrivately used • Never publicly released

2014

Production Support Management

Built a lightweight operational analysis tool to support production support oversight for large, SLA-driven teams.
Consumed CSV exports generated from enterprise ticketing systems (offline ingestion) to analyse workload distribution, activity patterns, and resource availability.
Included Microsoft Outlook integration to enable rapid, custom filtering of operational emails for situational awareness during meetings and reviews.
Used internally during service delivery management for a large-scale enterprise support engagement; discontinued after relocation.

Status: Production-provenInternally used • Discontinued after role transition

2011

CCM Analyzer

Built a real-time analytics and reporting tool to improve visibility into enterprise support operations during a global platform consolidation.
Integrated with an internal issue-tracking system to provide live insight into ticket status, workflow stage, ownership, and regional distribution.
Enabled weekly operational reporting, team-level performance analysis, and management visibility, contributing to a significant improvement in customer satisfaction over one year.
Later generalised to support offline analysis using CSV-based datasets; discontinued after a role transition.

Status: Production-provenInternally used • Discontinued after role transition

2007

Base Monitor

Internal tool for snapshotting and comparing software installations (“bases”) to identify missing or outdated files and safely deploy releases, reducing manual errors during ZIP-based upgrades.

Status: HistoricalArchived • Discontinued after role transition

2001
Origin · First Experiment
Created a small Visual Basic utility that monitored Yahoo Messenger notifications and played a custom voice alert when a specific contact sent a message.

An early personal experiment driven by curiosity and learning, marking my first experience building software that reacted to real-time events.
