Privacy Policy for vbverse office

vbverse office is the internal tool of coderdoniv, the independent developer behind vbverse.com, for publishing videos about his apps. It is not offered to the public: the only Google accounts that use it are his own, and the only YouTube channels it works with are the channels of his apps.

YouTube API Services

vbverse office uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to vbverse's own YouTube channels and to read how those videos are doing. By using vbverse office you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access

When the owner of a vbverse channel grants vbverse office access to it, vbverse office uses that access only to:

• read the channel's name, ID and address;
• upload videos about vbverse's apps that a person at vbverse has watched and approved first;
• read the views, likes and comment counts of the channel's videos, and the comments left on them, for an internal weekly report.

vbverse office does not read any other channel, any subscriber's account, private messages, or anything outside the channel it was granted.

What we store

• The access Google grants (a refresh token) is kept encrypted on vbverse's own server, and is used only by vbverse office.
• Statistics. The public statistics of the channel's own videos (views, likes and comment counts) are kept in internal weekly reports for up to 36 months, to see what viewers find useful. Any figure worked out from them, such as a week's growth, is labelled as calculated by vbverse office, not as data from YouTube.
• Comments. The public comments on the channel's own videos are read once a week to draft replies, which a person then posts himself on YouTube. Their text is never copied into reports or kept: a report holds only a link to the comment and a one-line summary of what it asks. The working records that do contain the text are deleted automatically within 30 days.

We do not sell, share or disclose any of this data to anyone. We do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it, and how to remove it

The access stays until it is revoked. Anyone who granted vbverse office access can revoke it at any time on their Google account's third-party access page. Once access is revoked, vbverse office deletes its stored token, and on request deletes the statistics it kept, within 7 days.

• Public video statistics: up to 36 months, then deleted.
• Comment text: never stored in reports; working records deleted within 30 days.
• The access token: until it is revoked, then deleted within 7 days.

Children's Privacy

vbverse office is an internal tool used only by vbverse; it is not directed at children and collects no data from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top says when it last changed.
